This Privacy Policy explains how Royal Freedom LLC (“Royal Freedom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit this website, complete our situation-review questionnaire, schedule a consultation, or communicate with us. Royal Freedom LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Texas and serves clients in states where it is permitted to offer its services. Royal Freedom serves clients in states where it is permitted to offer its services.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Questionnaire answers. When you complete our “Review Your Situation” questionnaire, we collect the answers you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and details about your credit concerns, such as the types of accounts or reporting issues you are experiencing.
- Appointment details. When you book a consultation, we collect your name, contact information, the date and time you choose, and any notes you add.
- Communications. Messages you send us by email, text message, phone, or chat, and records of our replies.
- Documents you choose to share. If you move forward with us, you may send documents such as credit reports, account statements, or loan agreements. You decide what to share and when, and we ask only for what is relevant to the concerns you have raised.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, our hosting provider and the third-party tools embedded on our pages may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. See “Cookies and similar technologies” below.
2. How we use information
- To review your questionnaire and understand your situation before a consultation.
- To schedule, confirm, remind you of, and conduct consultations.
- To contact you about your request through the channels you have agreed to.
- To provide services you agree to in a separate written service agreement.
- To keep records, prevent fraud, secure our systems, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use the information you give us to build advertising profiles, and we do not provide it to data brokers.
3. Questionnaire and scheduling tools
Our questionnaire and booking calendar are provided by LeadConnector, part of the HighLevel platform, and are embedded on our pages. Information you enter in these tools is sent directly to that platform and stored in our account there, where it is associated with your contact record so our team can follow up. HighLevel processes this information on our behalf and under its own terms and privacy policy. The embedded tools may use cookies or browser storage to function, for example to remember that a form was completed or to pass the page address to the form.
4. Communications and your choices
Providing your contact details lets us respond to your request. It is not, by itself, permission to send you marketing. We contact you through the channels you agreed to when you completed the questionnaire or booked a consultation, and consent to marketing is never a condition of receiving our services.
You can change your preferences or ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing royallife@royallonglife.com or calling (332) 263-4286. Any marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link. If you ask us to stop, we will keep a minimal record of that request so that we can honor it.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it contains no advertising pixels or tracking scripts of our own. Two things are worth knowing:
- The LeadConnector questionnaire and calendar widgets may set cookies or use browser storage needed for those tools to work and to connect your submission to your contact record.
- Fonts, animation libraries, and images are served from the same host as this website, so loading our pages does not make separate requests to third-party font or script networks.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the questionnaire or calendar may not work correctly if you do.
6. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to operate our business, including with:
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as HighLevel and LeadConnector for forms, CRM, scheduling and messaging; our website hosting provider; and our email and telephone providers. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Credit bureaus, creditors, and data furnishers, only with your authorization, when we assist with disputes as part of a signed service agreement.
- Independent professionals, such as an attorney, only if you ask to be referred or agree to it.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers, as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. In practice:
- If you complete the questionnaire or book a consultation but do not become a customer, we keep your inquiry record for up to 24 months, then delete or de-identify it.
- If you become a customer, we keep your file for at least the period required by the laws that apply to credit repair organizations, and in any case for five years after the engagement ends.
- We keep records of opt-out and do-not-contact requests for as long as needed to honor them.
You may ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
8. How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect the information we hold. These include transmitting website and widget traffic over HTTPS, limiting access to the people who need it to do their work, and using established vendor platforms that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, to opt out of certain uses, and to appeal a decision we make on your request. Because we serve clients in many states, we extend these rights to anyone who asks, whether or not your state’s law requires it.
To make a request, email royallife@royallonglife.com or call (332) 263-4286. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, respond within the time your state’s law allows, and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.
Because of the nature of our work, information we handle may also be subject to federal financial-privacy and consumer-protection laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We handle your information in accordance with those laws where they apply.
10. Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page, and the version posted here is the one that applies. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to tell you directly.
